I was looking at ROD and notice something odd?

It appears that Rogers is now importing US Networks for just on Demand. If you go to the list you'll see two History Channels.

History Television-which offers Free programing.

You then also see

History channel(US) which you have to pay for the programing.

My question is how can they bring in History Channel when its not even licensed here even though its only for ON DEMAND?

I know its the US History Channel as the programing is shown on that channel.

I would assume that Rogers has acquired the Canadian rights for that programming, even though it also airs in the US, as a lot of programming does.
