Hi everyone. I have used the rocket hub for several months with no problems. This last mo they sent me a bill way over the usual. When I set up the rocket hub with the Rogers tech department they told me that the most accurate usage was going to the mobile broadband router site ( web user interface setup) from rogers and checking there.( It is also in the user manual). There is no other way of getting your up to date data usage.( only gives you your last bill only.) The Rogers tech told me this. Today I was on the phone to Rogers for nearly 2 hrs going back and forth and I was assured from the the tech support again that the mobile broadband site web interface was the most accurate. However when sent back to the billing department they say their bill is correct. The bill is nearly 1GB over my actual usage. Ok then who is right? Has anyone else checked their usage? Thank you.
