Here's a quickie -- searched the forums and couldn't find a suitable response!

Looking into getting Apple TV in the next few days and was wondering what the best option was for ripping my DVD/Blu Ray collection (not huge by any means) to iTunes so that I can view my favourite stuff on my big screen via Apple TV.

What program would be best to do this? Preserve best quality? HD?

Apple doesn't have Blu-ray players in their machines.

For DVD, look at Handbrake. See the HTPC forum for lots of threads.
