I ordered a Lexar 2 Gig MicroSD for my phone
* Approximate timeframe you ordered the product
Ordered on 1/29/2008.
Received it 1/31/2008.

* What location you dealt with if it’s a company with many stores or service locations
The item was delivered from the local store in Thunder Bay

* Your overall level of satisfaction
I have no problems with product and the service of the order

* If you had a negative experience, please read our guidelines below.

The problem is the Online Easy Rebates. I ordered the card online and everything was setup by Staples and they still rejected my rebates twice (I resubmitted three times after the first two were rejected) and the third one, the rebate was removed.

Canon MX850 4-in-one

Bought this at the Toronto 1140 Yonge Street store. Oddly, there was no sample on the floor. I showed a salesman the Staples on-line printout and he brought me one from the back. Why were they hiding it? It is a super machine, top-rated by CR, so maybe they had a run on it--who knows? The shopping experience was not the thrill of a lifetime, but it was the usual competent courteous service I have come to expect from Staples.

Office supplies etc...

I am a repeat client as I regularly buy office goods to replenish the company stock (paper, envelopes pens, electronis etc..).

I mainly deal with the Gatineau & Nepean stores.
Generally, the good provided are of acceptable quality and fair pricing.
The only problem I ever had was on the few occasions were I would need sale guidance. I found that the Nepean store was quick to respond to my needs while the Gatineau store was quite difficult to get help when required. On occasions, the sale rep didn't even know what I was talking about, never knew they ever had the item in stock.
