Just wondering if anyone knows how much time you have to return a new cell phone?

I just brought the blackberry tour on Monday and I find out yesterday that MTS will be coming out with the blackberry tour 2 in July. Apparently because the blackberry tour has problems with trackball.

I wish Inew that earlier.
