I spoke with Shaw Direct on Sunday about a receiver of mine that was acting up. They said that they would send out a replacement by Purolator. It is now Thursday and still no shipment from Purolator. Usually it does not take this long, just wondering what experiences any of you have had lately. I opted to upgrade the 400 series receiver to a 319 receiver for $29.99, I asked if I could upgrade to a HD receiver and was told no and that it would cost me $199.99 - I was hoping to get the upgrade for the $49.99 like others have gotten. I have been frustrated by shipping lately - mail seems slow, courier now seems slow, wonder why things seem to be slowing down.
