I have been using Bell for over 5 years now and never had any major problems until recently.

About mid last week my download speed dropped from my usual 600 kb/s to 40 kb/s. Using a wireless laptop, I thought it would be the actual problem, so I tried the same download on my desktop, with the same results.

I have proceeded to speak to Bell on 2 occasions since then, both times they have told me there is nothing wrong with my connection and everything is fine, when it obviously isn't.

By this point I've been getting pretty irritated with Bell claiming that nothing is wrong.

Hope someone could help me out here.
