are you able to indicate which model boxes you have?
DCT6412III and whatever the newest non PVR HD boxes are.
Only does it for some of the programs, both boxes are fast on the programs that are not affected.

I have noticed this on one particular HD channel. Is the channel you are speaking of an HD channel?
