If you have the new Apple Watch Series 3 and you’re connected to the Bell Mobility LTE network, this is for you. It was recently announced by Bell that there are some glitches when calling 911 from your Apple Watch.
If you call 911 from the Apple Watch Series 3, emergency services may not automatically get information on your location.
Your longitude and latitude may not be supplied to 911 operators if the device is not paired with your iPhone via Bluetooth.
Bell has noted in their announcement that, in the event of an emergency, Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) will contact Bell Mobility to obtain required longitude and latitude information.

The good news? According to Bell, all other Enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) functions are available on the Apple Watch even when the devices are not paired. This includes the ability for 9-1-1 operators to receive a caller's telephone number and location to the nearest cell site.
Thankfully, the issue of missing longitude and latitude is a temporary one. Bell is said to be working closely with its partners to resolve the problem as soon as possible, which is great.
