I have Panasonic plasma HD ready TV and DCT6200 receiver. When I am watching HD channels complete picture gets small waves from top to bottom and is very annoying. Same programming on regular channel produces nice picture. Also, same thing works fine with LG HD LCD Tv.

I am thinking that it might be result of box outputting too high resolution that TV can't take. Is ther menu on DCT that allows selection of different resolutions or video settings?
I also purchased Tripplite power conditioner but that didn't do anything.

Thank you for advice. You are very close, I connected TV to power using 2 pro receptacle adapter and waves in the picture is considerably reduced. Beats me why it is not visible with standard resolution picture.
Anyway, interference is still there. It is most evident when looking at program guide. It has grid with lot of horizontal and vertical lines so waving and ghosts are still present

I solved my problem!
I am in new house and composite cables were run through the wall from top of fire place to the right side down to the stereo/video rack.
Today I used different set of cables, even longer (3m) directly to Motorola receiver. Picture is perfect now.
That means interference got created either in a/v receiver or cabling to it or cables got damaged in the wall. Now wiring looks terrible but it works. Thank you moderator for trying to help.
