Problème avec cable videotron+bell satellite
Salut à tous !
voici mon problème.
Mon immeuble est cablé Videotron et le technicien de chez Bell à utilisé ce cable pour brancher la soucoupe au terminal lors de l'installation. Je n'ai donc plus Videotron...en gros il s'est dit "y a un cable, je prend celui-là, génial y a pa a en mettre un autre",mais j'ai signé comme quoi l'installation Bell fonctionne et tout ça.
Le technicien peut il revenir gratuitement pour remetre le cable Videotron (comme normalement) et passer un nouveau fil pour Bell Satellite ?
