I'm interested in the new C-200 but it has an RF remote system, and I have a Harmony 880.

I've heard references to the "IR adaptor" for the C-200, though I don't see anything from the company on whether they'll actually sell one.

I've also come across references to adding an "IR eye" to the C-200. How would such a thing function, or would it? The PS3 uses Bluetooth, but the C-200 RF scheme hasn't been stated as far as I have seen (so might be harder for an external company to build an adaptor?). Is it possible that a 3rd party IR convertor could work with the C-200?

Any company that builds a box with RF remote should spend the extra buck and build in dual IR capability for compatibility's sake, IMHO !

The specification sheet says:

2.4GHz RF Remote Control
Infra-Red Remote Control port (Infra-Red Remote Control optional)

I took this to mean you could use a compatible IR remote as well. I hope so, as I would like to use my Harmony One.
