They are different models (the "World Edition" is the 8830, the "Tour" is the 9630), but neither will work on Virgin Mobile since their HSPA frequencies are incompatible.
Also, while these handsets are also CDMA-capable (hence why Bell & Telus offered them), Virgin Mobile won't activate it (carriers typically won't activate a CDMA device that didn't come from them).
