As far as I know you can't get Peachtree TV without subscribing to the Movie Channels. I would like to see Peachtree add to one of the Sports Theme packs. It should be in Sports 1 or Sports 2. Besides showing Braves Baseball they also shows College Basketball.

With Family Channel

A person told me he had Peach Tree with the Family Channel but when I looked at the current themes it doesn't appear there.

He hasn't made any changes to his lineup for over a year and is afraid to make any changes in case he loses this set up.

Anyone know if he would?

I know a few years back Bell offered a superstations package for$5 - $6/month which included all of the American superstations. They did .not advertise this and usually used it as a way of keeping current customers happy. You can call and ask if they still offer this.

That 5 dollar Superstation package is no longer offered.

I was asking a CSR about this earlier this week,I was a long time subscriber to it.I got a Movie package for the Winter months in which those superstations are bundled with now.

KTLA
Peachtree
WPIX11(CW11)

Now there is no way to get any of those superstation channels without getting one of the movie packages.

In my opinion, those three channels shouldn't be in Premium Movies.

Considering none of them actually show premium movies it's a bit of a sham.
I was thinking the exact same thing.

If anything WGN, WPIX11 and KTLA should be considered networks in the same regard as NBC, CBS, etc. And with the high amount of reruns they show, Peachtree is more along the lines of TVTropolis, but the fact that they show the same catalogue of B Movies and flops month after month gives Bell a loophole to call them a "movie channel."

At the end of the day, Bell knows that removing Peachtree, WPIX11 and KTLA from Premium Movies and making them a $5 theme pack would result in a significant number of subscribers dropping Premium Movies. Not a majority, but just enough that it would affect their profit margin a bit.
