Anyone in Ottawa watching National Parks: America's Best Idea is probably a little disappointed tonight. I called in to report it and the SME said it looks like their network so he escalated a ticket to fix it. Of course, that means that the quality is that much worse while they try to fix it. They keep flipping between 1080i and 480p.
