I've been having the same experiences. A few weeks ago, we lost the connection entirely when they relocated the port closer for better service. Ever since, I've been losing sync on a regular basis. I called Tech Support and they monitored until they could verify what I was reporting and now I have a service date set for them to come back and fix it. They offered tomorrow, but I'm not prepared to call in sick over this.

Losing the connection isn't normal and the fact that they're sending someone out means Telus agrees.
