Hey guys, i am on the 3hd/1sd feed with optik tv. I am getting a lot of pauses, outages, stuttering on the tv and I also get temporary (a few seconds) loss of internet every once in a while. Is this normal? can i fix this myself or would i need to call in for service?

Yeah, tonight it is awful, I cannot watch the canucks game at all...
I guess I'll have to have it like this till the weekend
