Is there anyway to unlock the unit to play PAL DVDs?

The term "unlock" refers to the possibility - usually by means of a code sequence - of making a player able to play discs from regions other than the one it's been "locked" into playing. NTSC and PAL, however, are video formats, I don't believe there's any easy way - if there's any way at all - to make an NTSC-only player become PAL-capable (which is what I believe you're asking.)

There is several ways of "unlocking" for the 65 or 80 but for the 85 no clue and its only for DVD the BR dosent change the region code .
