For the last 3 months, whenever I make an online payment with my credit card in the amount on my bill, my account online says I still owe $0.01. My first thought was to call and complain, but then I figured that paying that penny with another credit card payment likely costs Rogers more in processing fees than it costs me. Paying the extra penny to incur Rogers an extra couple of bucks in fees makes me smile every time I think about it. Besides, knowing big companies, that penny would be enough for them to say I'm in arrears and who knows what they can do to a credit rating, even over such a low amount.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes I have seen this twice before. I complained and the cat on the end of the phone didn't have a clue what to say about it. It hasn't happened since I called tho. :)
