Couldn't agree more, he's the leader of the team and with tests coming up, this is absolute stupidity in Renault's part or whatever they are called now.Given that testing just started this past week and the season is little over a month away I can't believe they allowed Kubica to participate in this rally.
Hand reconstruction specialists in Italy are working hard to save the functionality of Robert Kubica’s right hand tonight after a high speed accident in a rally car this morning.
There were reports initially that the Pole risked losing the hand, but that risk has now passed. However it seems that the rehabilitation from a crush injury such as this can be six months or more, which means that the Renault driver may miss the bulk of the season.
I certainly hope so, but to be honest they haven't shown much during testing, I guess we'll see where they stand during this weekend tests at Barcelona.PS: I think McLaren may have a mighty quick car this year. Hamilton may be a threat for the championship.
They better be bagging it very heavy b/c the Red Bull looks mighty fast and Mclaren times are nowhere close to them.I have a sneaking suspicion that they are sandbagging
