Currently our series recordings are working just fine as far as I know. However there are some programs that when we selectively record them they just won't take. While it's on I think they will even say they are recording in the guide, although I'm not 100% sure about that, but they won't show up in the list.

For example the golden globes was selected to record and it didn't. Also pretty well every weekend the woman will manually set SNL to record, and it will not do so.

It works fine if you get it while it's on, but if you schedule it in advance it just doesn't take.

Any ideas?

We have experienced the same problem. In one case I had set up a "30 for 30" recording on TSN a week in advance. About an hour before it was to record, I checked the "scheduled" list, and noticed it was gone. I was able to schedule it again, and everything worked fine. We have also had it happen with a couple of movies scheduled to record from Movie Central. In every case I have experienced, the recording was set manually at least one week in advance. Not sure if that's a coincidence or not.
