Even Rogers' own customers in Atlantic Canada got shafted? Oh my....

This really sucks. As the Jays are on a roll right now.

The fact that Rogers treats us like crap has never really bothered me because I realize I do not live in the center of the universe, that which is Toronto. So I realize I'll get crappier service from them. But, my only redeeming thing I'd always say is at least they have awesome OnDemand Movies from TMN. It's like a video store in your house. BUT!!!!...that is not available currently so...wondering what options I might have open to me. Maybe Bell FiberOp is decent after all. It is in my area. Maybe I'll check it out.

There, I'm done ranting. :)

Despite the bandwidth issues, they still happily take on new customers and sell them on the latest "Most HD" available gimmick. So there is no excuse for Rogers anymore to delay addressing their issues in Atl Canada. Otherwise, Rogers should be truthful to customers in advance of taking a new customer and offer discounts to existing customers until it is fixed. It's just good honest business. Obviously this is a statement that is foreign to them lately.

can6rxw: I do agree with the TMN OnDemand selection but the selection for HD OnDemand isn't good. Also, live PPV HD (UFC, etc) events would be a nice "feature" that the rest of the country already has.

I know they are doing upgrades (debatable) to the TMN OnDemand service, but I have been waiting for "The Wire" on OnDemand since I've had the service, even though they advertised its availability on the channel for years.. :p
