In keeping with the Coolpix user-friendliness, the Nikon L620 features a wide range of Scene Modes plus an Easy Auto Mode to keep things simple. Special effects for portraits such as skin softening and quick retouch and options such as red-eye fix will help enhance photos.
Users will be impressed with the 14x optical lens, which covers a focal length of 25mm up to telephoto 350mm (35mm equivalent), and benefit from the integrated grip for extra support while shooting or using the high-resolution HVGA 3.0-inch LCD monitor. In low-light conditions, the 18.1-megapixel CMOS sensor kicks in to help create sharper images with the lens-shift VR Image Stabilization and wide range up to 3200 ISO.
And let's not forget about the one-touch recording for Full HD video with stereo sound.
Gregory Flasch, National Advertising and Communications Manager at Nikon Canada adds: "The Coolpix L620’s comfortable ergonomics, user-friendly features and intuitively placed controls make it easy for users to capture memorable events, from a baby’s first steps to a big hit at a little league baseball game. With exceptional image quality and video performance, the L620 helps users to confidently produce images and videos they will share for a lifetime."
The L620 comes in red or black finishes and will be available this September for $229.95.
