Right now in SWO on Rogers Analog, we have CKCO (the CTV we get) showing Buf-KC, CBS Buffalo also showing Buf-KC, and Fox Buffalo showing NYJ-GB.

The problem is, CTV Toronto (which we dont get) is simsubbing on Fox Buffalo.

Is this allowed? A channel not even available is allowed to do this?

A double hijacking!!! I've never seen this before.

I do see channel 108 on Rogers Digital as being shown as CTVTO (aka CFTO-SD), so maybe they are allowed a double hijacking? CBS HD Buffalo is not hijacked, as there is no CTV HD station out of Kitchener / Southwestern Ontario?

But then for non-digital customers, one wouldn't get channel 108, and I see it on my analog TV upstairs too.

Nevertheless, a monumental day in simsubbing history!!!

Buffalo CBS-HD cant be simsubbed, none of CTV's HD channels are showing it.

Can anyone comment on a non-simsub Fox Buffalo? Is it being letterboxed properly? At least CTV is doing that (I believe Fox Buffalo had problems with earlier SD broadcast, and not letterboxing them).

Definitely interesting on the double simsub, at least somethign new. :)

Called into Rogers and most reps stated "we don't have any control over what programming is sent out".

Oh my, these people are clueless about simsubs. I had to keep repeating I wasn't talking about the programming, but simsubs. Got no where.
