Rogers now has the clear advantage in Manitoba, for customers from other provinces roaming there that is, since they signed an exclusive deal with MTS as they were rolling out their HSPA+ upgrade like Sasktel did recently. Wether or not Rogers is a better option for customers IN Manitoba is up in the air, that's for them to decide. Telus/Bell customers will continue to only get 3G (4G as they call it) ccoverage in the Winnipeg area.

However, Telus/Bell still have the advantage in Saskatchewan, with 21Mbps access over the entire Sasktel coverage area. Rogers only has these speeds in Saskatoon & Regina, and significantly worse coverage with EDGE in Rural areas whereas Telus/Bell/Sasktel is HSPA+ everywhere there is coverage.

No Coverage...

I live between Selkirk and Lockport along the east side of the Red River.
I don't get coverage here. I got 200 kb/sec. upload speeds with the Rogers Rocket Hub.
