Light Reach - $37.00 - Up to 256 Kbps DL - Up to 256 Kbps UL

It doesn't offer anything more. It's for specific rural markets with smaller populations.

There's also a $99 setup fee. Not sure if it mentions that on the site yet.

it all balances out. internet in manitoba is more expensive becuase manitoba is harder to wire for internet, lots of rural farms spread out over great distances makes things very expensive and tricky. i am from telus country (bc) and at the time there were many places telus refused to even service with broadband, MTS does a great job and getting high speed access to almost everyone in manitoba, unfortunetly the cost gets shared among all subscribers.
