We have had Bell Fibe in our Kitchener condo for 5 years and it has been absolutely flawless for 60 gbsec internet, TV and home phone. Virtually never goes down.
Yesterday I was setting up my new ASUS Viviobook 15 laptop and during the setup our Bell Fibe went down killing wifi, tv and phone. It eventually rebooted and it disconnected several more times even after I rebooted the modem by disconnecting it then repowering. After an hour of hassle it seemed to settle down.
This afternoon I turned on the new laptop and again the internet disconnected and it reconnected automatically and was good for the hour I was using it.
I checked with condo neighbours and nobody said their internet was out.
This cannot be a coincidence so what do you think is causing this and more importantly how can I correct the issue.
