I had this issue as well when I added NatGeo to my account. For some reason when they turned on the SD feed for my account, they forgot to flip on the HD feed. Took me a couple of phone calls and a service call for them to actually figure out what was happening.

A call to customer service should hopefully fix things up for you.

same thing happened to me. I had the SD channel for quite a while (part of the kids theme) but at that time, it wasn't part of the HD package when I first got HD at Xmas 2009.

I just happened to notice that it was then added to the HD package a few months later but I still wasn't receiving it. After a quick call, it was activated.

Shows how much I watch that channel. I would rather have Discovery added to the HD package.
