Try a front panel reset. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. This is a known bug and there have been many posts about this temporary fix.
Mysery TV Missing on Advanced PVR 630
My dad was watching tv yesterday and he watches Mystery all the time. He noticed that it wasn't on the guide anymore (ch. 595). So i checked my receiver (the large HD one), plus the older SD ones we have and it was on all of them. You cannot even enter the channel manually on the HDPVR to go to it.
