The 2-hour virtual broadcast Global Goal: Unite for Our Future—The Concert will air on Saturday, June 27, 2020 on Bell Media, CBC, Citytv, and GlobalTV in Canada, NBC and iHeartMedia in the U.S. The Concert will also be streamed on global platforms including Apple, Brut, Roku, TIDAL,Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo!, and YouTube. ABC News announced special coverage of the 2020 Democratic National Convention on Monday, Aug. 17, through Thursday, Aug. 20, and the Republican National Convention on Monday, Aug. 24, through Thursday, Aug. 27. 2020 United States Vice Presidential Debate is Wednesday (07/10) 21:00 - 23:00 ET. All U.S. broadcast channels (except CW) and all cable news channels will cover the debate.

2020 United States Presidential Debates, Debate 2 is Thursday (15/10) 21:00 - 23:00 ET. Almost all U.S. broadcast channels and all cable news channels will cover the debate. CW will not broadcast as always, FOX will not broadcast due to conflict with Thursday Night Football.

Due to Donald Trump refusal to attend the Presidential Debate virtually, 2020 United States Presidential Debates, Debate 2 on Thursday (15/10) is cancelled. In its stead, ABC will broadcast a town hall event with Joe Biden. All other channels will revert to their original programming.

2020 United States Presidential Election is Tuesday November 3rd. All U.S. broadcast channels (except CW), all cable news channels (American, Canadian, International), CTV and CBC will cover the election all night long.

Deadline has summarized several schedule changes on the U.S. networks for Wednesday and Thursday to allow for on-going election coverage. Notably, Wednesday's American Ninja Warrior season finale has been moved to Friday, November 6, from 8-10pm on NBC.

Deadline reports that ABC and NBC will replace tonight's prime time schedule with live news coverage for the east coast and repeats for Mountain and Pacific time zones. CBS and FOX will stick with their schedule. Late Night with Seth Meyers and The Late Show will air live episodes.

CTV simsubbed FOX's The Masked Dancer and is currently showing Big Bang Theory repeats in place of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Citytv is showing Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.

CITY is showing repeat episodes of the Chicago shows.

The Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC) announced the inauguration of Joseph R. Biden, Jr. and Kamala D. Harris will conclude with a primetime program, CELEBRATING AMERICA, which will take place at 8:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT on January 20. The program will be carried live by ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and MSNBC. It will be streamed live on PIC social media channels: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch.
