I just called Telus requesting when more streams will be available. We find managing three is not enough with 4 TV's in the house. Telus said "in a few months, and to watch the website". Anyone know exactly when this is happening?

My understanding is that this is neighbourhood-specific. For example, I had my Optik TV installed this past weekend (northwest Calgary), but they have yet to bump me up to 3HD/1SD streams (I'm at 2/1 right now), though Loyalty and Support have both confirmed that it's available in my neighbourhood. They said to try it in 24-48hrs as some config changes had to be made (although a tech was apparently at my house 1hr later doing something outside).
