Probably a coincidence, but a Telus truck was working in our back lane last week, two days later I got the software update. On a whim I decided to check the Telus site...and wonders of wonders...I qualify for Optik now!!!
Now I'll probably have to battle with a CSR about upgrading to Optik.
I'm on a " Win Back" program and was informed that there would be zero charge in upgrading me to the " Mediaroom" 19.2mbs service when it became available in my area, and that my prices would remain the same ( for 1 year at least ).
