Anyone know anything going on in the Milton area? Getting this msg "one moment please this channel should be avail shortly Ref Code: s0a00" It's like that for every chan & i've tried unplugging. Internet is working fine.

Usually a weak signal to the outlet. Unless there's a problem with the way it's set up on your account.

I called Cogeco on that day, there was a fiber optic cable that was cut and had to be repaired. Our service was out most of the day.
