Why would you need a security deposit for a wireless phone?

Sorry to hear that. Do you use the wireless a lot? You could go with a Pay as you go plan. Just buy the phone and use it as you need it

One thing of note. If you do pay the max charge, make sure you pay your bill every month, in full and on time for the first 6 months. After that your credit rating for cellular service with Bell Mobility is dependant on your payment history and not your actual credit score.
