TELUS, Bell and Rogers have started taking pre-orders for the Samsung GALAXY S4 superphone.

Customers can expect shipments as early as April 27, with in store availability expected on May 3. With the standard 3-year plans, the latest Samsung smartphone will cost $200 and $700 if you purchase outright.

Customers will enjoy the new navigation features on the S4 including 'Smart Pause', which allows users to scroll the screen based on where they are looking. Also, 'Air View' enables users to hover their fingers over the screen to preview email or gallery images without opening it. More ease of use comes with the new 'Air Gesture' feature, which helps you change music tracks, scroll up and down web pages, or take a call with a wave of the hand.

Industry analysts are expecting Samsung to sell 10 million S4s in the first month of availability and a whopping 70 million internationally over 2013.
