Low Volume on all Channels on Bell PVR

Compare to other company’s receivers Bell Canada’s PVR receiver has low volume on all the channels, is there an away to increase the volume?
Using Audio/ video RCA cable and cable are high quality cables.

There is no way I know of to increase the volume output. There is no built in volume control for Bell receivers.
