It looks like there was a firmware update last night (shows are now appearing in folders), but at the same time, I've lost access to my external drive.
When we try to watch a recording on it, the box tells me it's missing and to re-connect the drive.
I tried re-seating the plugs and resetting the box, but it didn't work. Sent a message to Novus support.
Has anybody else noticed something like this?
