Can anyone help? I have a 5900 PVR and have recently lost local channels (maybe 10 channels)and same are indicated by a 002 error message. I have other receivers in the house which do not experience the lost channels or the error message. I have purchases a used 5100 PVR which has the same issue, even when pulled into another outlet. I have called Bell support with no solution. The PVR's are the only receivers that experience this problem.

When you say you lost local channels, I assume they are channels from your city, but you normally get them over satellite.
First check the strength of you signal.

This happened a couple of times over the years on my receivers. If you have gone through the trouble "shouting" shooting with Bell and they haven't been able to correct the issue. Ask them to send a "hit" to the rcvr. If that does not correct things have them de-authorise then re-authorise the rcvr(s). This seems to resolve the glitch causing the problem.
