It does not matter if I am using a direct connection on my computer, or wireless on my tablet, phone or Smart TV I am loosing Internet connection. My icons show I am connected without any errors showing. When I troubleshoot the problem it comes back and says modem has lost connectivity and to reboot my modem. When I reboot it will work for awhile then it will happen again. If I do not reboot and wait it will in some cases start working again. I contacted Shaw and they switched out my modem (arris) but I am still having the same problem.

I contacted Shaw again and tech support said there is noting else they can do???????????

Do you use a separate Wi-Fi router? Have you tried going directly from the modem to PC if that is the case?

Did Shaw do a line test? See if there are any issues there.

Since a reset keeps bringing your connection back each time Im not sure its the modem if the new one does the same thing.

Always eliminate things, routers, power bars, surge protectors, lan cables, routers see if you can narrow the cause.
Try with one device then working up maybe something is knocking you off.
