I can't tell you where to get one, but you will probably want to look for an appliance extension cord, like for a fridge or window a/c. That is the only one I've seen that is actually 3 prong, and not blue, orange or yellow. Not sure if you can get them in that length though. Might be easier to find some raceway as suggested, and maybe paint it.

Just spray paint the part that is exposed to view

I looked at the appliance extension cords. The longest was 4.5m. I needed 10m. I ended up getting a black 10m extension. Eventually an outlet will be installed but at least the extension can be re-used elsewhere when that time comes.
