Want a case for a phone that doesn’t exist? LG Electronics now has a new version of its Quick Cover case on the market. Unfortunately, the phone to go with it isn’t out yet, but if you want to join the hype you can rejoice that it’s container is here.
This latest case, which LG has featured in a press release on their website, is said to offer the advantages of previous Quick Covers but with even more features. It's designed for LG’s next generation flagship smartphone, the LG G5.
What’s new on the case? Compared to the previous holder, this new one has some additions. The touch function, recently introduced on the K10’s Quick Cover View, is now available on the semi-transparent mesh cover. It enables users to take calls and control alarm settings without opening the case.
In addition, the always-on display, rumoured to be a feature in the LG G5, allows users to check the time, date and notifications with the case cover closed.
The new case comes in a film with a glossy metallic finish said to be consistent with the feel of the speculative LG G5.
