Last month, we reported that the LG G3 would be available in Canada come August. Well, August is here and so is the G3!

The G3 features a 5.5” Quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution, showcasing detail and clarity at 538 pixels per inch. It’s also stacked with 13 MP camera with Laser Auto Focus, designed to help you capture great shots even in poor lighting or when the subject is moving fast. Addicted to selfies? The 2.1 MP front-facing camera has a feature called Soft Light, which is meant to provide a professional-style lighting effect, which means the perfect selfie, every time. Equipped with a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 Quad-Core processor and 3GB RAM powered by KitKat 4.4.2, it’s a pretty powerful device.

The G3 can currently be purchased at Bell, Rogers, MTS and Sasktel. It’ll set you back between $600-$700 to purchase the phone outright, depending on your carrier. Pricing on 2-year plans ranges from $149-$199.
