If anybody has their 60PK950 calibrated professionally, can you please share the settings? I understand that each television will be slightly different, but at least it will give a good starting or reference point when using a calibration DVD or Blu-ray disk and doing it yourself.

Just as good a starting point would be the default settings on the best mode - usually called user or custom. As you know, someone else' settings are not applicable and may be a worse starting point.

If you are going to use a set-up disc, then there is no need to use someone else's settings as a starting point. Your starting point is any custom picture preset in the TV. What you should be concerned about is the ending point - a point that is customized/individualized per TV/associated equipment and per room environment.
