Sharp Electronics announced this week that its Aquos Quattron LE830 series of 2D LCD televisions and LE835 Series of 3DTVs are now available from retailers in Canada.

Announced earlier this year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, both series are available in 40", 46", 52" and 60 sizes and feature built-in WiFi connectivity for Netflix, Vudu and CinemaNow streaming.

Sharp’s LE835 Series of 3D LCD TVs (Models LC-60LE835U, LC-52LE835U, LC-46LE835U and LC-40LE835U) feature a slim narrow bezel design, 1080p (1920 x 1080) panels with edge-lit LED lighting, 240Hz frame quadrupling technology to lessen motion smearing when viewing fast action, four HDMI inputs and optional 3D glasses.

The Aquos Quattron LE830 series features the same design as the LE835 series along with 1080p panels and a built-in media player which allows for playback of video, music and photos via the USB port.
