More importantly what are you willing to spend.

Looking at your list if you want something that can improve your visuals & Sound I'd change the Blu Ray player and upgrade to the Oppo BDP-93

http://www.oppodigital.com/blu-ray-bdp-93/

There is no argument this is the concensus best value player our there. Also you could free up room in your rack since it will double as your CD Player. It also is spectacular with Upscaling

However I think its obvious your addicted to the Pioneer brand and how much of your buying decision is brand?

Lex makes a great suggestion as well nothing will improve your sound more than buy adding in some extra power, drop another amp in the system and you will instantly notice some higher performance.

Or I might suggest go all out drop the Pioneer Reciever and go to an Anthem AVM50v2 or Even better the Anthem Statement without a doubt the best Canadian Built sound you will find anywhere.

David,

its obvious you don't mind spending cash on your gear, If you really want that next step I'd dump the Reciever and move to seperates. I'm an Anthem fan but either way moving to a processor and amps will move you into that next step or just start buying an amp or two and pre-out them from your pioneer and then next time around for upgrading your processor you can move to a dedicated surround processor.

Thats my best suggestion.

David,

You cannot go wrong with Anthem, there ARC room correction technology is just stellar and the sound quality is spectacular not to mention the Video scaler built in there units makes your visual experiance leaps and bounds better.

Do some research you will find that pound for pound Anthem is widely considered one of the best brands out there. I switched from an Integra DTR 9.1U2 which was the flagship receiver for Onkyo/Integra at the time I purchased it it was a $5000K receiver and the Anthem destroyed it.

I have no experience with PSB speakers so I've made no comments there. I do think Anthem AVM50v2 and there Statement line are the best overall HT hubs for the Upper Mid range system.

I do not consider Anthem to be High End but it is the top of the Mid range. The Sound and Video produced from the Anthem is the best I've seen and heard.

More importantly they do have a solid track record for upgrading there units which does offer some level of future proofing.
