Intuit's QuickBooks Online, which is optimized for smartphones and tablets, allows small business owners to get instant snapshots of their businesses including what they're making, what they're spending, and who owes them money, all on a single screen.
The new release is both PC and Mac-compatible and optimized for iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android devices. Best of all, Intuit Canada is offering QuickBooks Online for free for the first 30 days .
QuickBooks Online has been available internationally since 2010 with more than 300,000 web-based users.

Canadian small businesses may choose from three versions: Online EasyStart costs $9/month for one user plus accountant access; Online Essentials goes for $19/month for three users plus accountant, and QuickBooks Online Plus is suitable for five users and accountant.
