We usually get a notice on the bill for the month the promo expires. I've found its best to call about a week before it does. Last time, the promos available were not as good and more difficult to get.

My December bill says January 24, 2022.

"On the date of your first bill after January 24, 2022, the monthly service fee for your IgniteTM Bundle as shown on this bill will increase by $6 plus taxes."

Thanks, I just went and looked at my December bill. I don't get a paper bill so don't normally look at it online. Now that I have just started a new promotion, I wonder if I might have been better off leaving it to start on Feb4 which is when the old one ran out. Might have saved myself the 6$ + tax.
