The demo's Bell is running in condos are very impressive and I decided to switch. But it's all sales people and there seems to be a disconnect between the order takers at the demo's and the scheduling system at head office.

Apparently, unlike going to a Bell Store, the building demo's don't provide confirmation numbers to those who order. When my installer failed to show up today, I called and was told my order wasn't even in the system.

So if you do order from a salesperson at a demo, make sure you call Bell to confirm they actually got the order!

Update: Installation took place, but still not in the system!

After installer came - and did an excellent job, I have to say - I called Bell Fibe TV to inquire about upgrading my internet speed.

They STILL have no record of me in the system!

I'm wondering if I won't get a bill! Somehow, I think not.

Still some serious logistical problems at Bell, but so far, the Bell Fibe HD TV service beats Rogers digital HD.

And be prepared for a 2-4 hour installation depending on the number of TV's you have.
