I think all utilities just not ISP's have politicians flagged in their system if a service call comes in so they get better service response.
I hate living in a smaller community
It seems we are missing out on a lot of services offered to larger communities, by Eastlink. I live in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

It's not just utilities either. It applies to everything from the local butcher to health care. ISPs are an example.
