Perhaps something is amiss with your browser or computer. The possible reasons are outlined in the following link. It's usually something like an extension blocking the popup, etc.
I see that you're located quite a ways south of us in a Spanish speaking country. Perhaps geolocation is blocking the connection/website... Some other people in the following thread may be able to assist? Perhaps you can check out recent posts there and then ask in that thread if others are having the same issues and whether there's a way around it...

Not sure if Chrome Incognito mode would help or whether you need a VPN? Have you tried private mode in FireFox?
